Dua Lipa, aka Dua English musician and singer who was born on August 22 1995 within London United Kingdom. The singer-songwriter signed to Warner Bros Records in 2014 after working as a model. She released her self-titled debut album in 2017. It peaked at number three at the U.K. Albums Chart and released eight singles which included Be The One I.D.G.A.F and the U.K. top-ranked song New Rules which peaked at sixth on the charts in the United States. Lipa received the Brit Awards in 2018 for British Female Solo Artist as well as British Breakthrough Act, and her album has been certified as platinum in several countries worldwide. Dua Lipa was the daughter of Kosovo Albanian parents Anesa A Rexha Lipa and Dukagjin Dukagjin in London, was born on August 22, 1995. Her maternal grandmother is Bosnian. There is also a trace of Lipa's family tree back to Peja within Kosovo. Lipa's grandparents were both historians. Her siblings are Rina as well as Gjin.
